This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite turned out to be a night full of shockers, as The Elite brutally attacked Tony Khan to close out the show. After The Elite’s shocking attack, Okada has now reacted to the same.

In this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Jack Perry took the spotlight by stepping into the ring with AEW CEO Tony Khan, seeking to address unresolved issues between them. Perry acknowledged their frequent disagreements but claimed that he always aimed to do what was best for AEW. In an attempt to reconcile, he extended a peace offering and proposed burying the hatchet with Khan, asking to be reinstated.

Khan appeared to accept Perry’s truce with a handshake, but the scene quickly took a turn when Perry suddenly struck, knocking Khan to the mat. This unexpected act of aggression caused the AEW EVPs, The Young Bucks, along with Kazuchika Okada, to rush to the ring. Initially, it seemed they were there to prevent further violence, but to the audience’s shock, they joined Perry in attacking Khan, leaving him incapacitated in the ring.

Officials hurried to assist Khan, but the show ended with The Young Bucks, Okada, and Perry making it clear they were united. This dramatic turn of events not only left Khan seriously injured but also sent shockwaves through the AEW roster and audience. Khan’s father, Shahid, along with other AEW personnel, rushed to the ring to check on Khan’s condition.

Kazuchika Okada took to his Instagram and uploaded a post where The Young Bucks were getting ready to hit The Meltzer Driver on Tony Khan, as Okada gave the thumbs up. He reacted to the same by giving the appropriate emoji.

Tony Khan also pulled out all the stops to sell The Elite’s attack. Tony Khan’s status as part of the NFL draft is also questionable following The Elite’s brutal assault. Nevertheless, we will have to wait and see how AEW will book The Elite’s storyline against Tony Khan in the coming months.
