During this week’s Raw, WWE Chief Content Officer Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque introduced revamped World Tag Team Championship titles, replacing the Raw Tag Team Championship previously held by Awesome Truth.

Continuing the rebranding of WWE’s Tag Team Championships, Triple H revealed the new WWE Tag Team Championship titles on SmackDown, replacing the SmackDown Tag Team Championship held by Austin Theory and Grayson Waller.

Fan reception to the new WWE Tag Team Titles has been universally positive, with many praising the titles’ throwback design. However, it’s not just the fans who have reacted favorably to the new titles.


According to Fightful Select, WWE talent, speaking to Fightful, unanimously expressed their admiration for the new designs of the WWE Tag Team Championship titles.
