Sheamus had been absent from the ring since his last bout with former WWE superstar Edge last summer on SmackDown, which marked Edge’s final match with the company. Sheamus made his return to RAW this week, accompanied by his classic WWE entrance theme. He has since reacted to getting his old entrance theme song back.

Following his announced return last week, The Celtic Warrior was warmly welcomed by the fans at tonight’s edition of RAW in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Sheamus went up against the powerful superheavyweight Ivar in a hard-hitting match that demonstrated Sheamus’ impressive skills despite his time away. Sheamus secured the victory by delivering his signature kneecap move followed by a devastating Brogue Kick.

Perhaps the most surprising thing was the fact that he got his old entrance theme ‘Written In My Face’ back. Following his win, Sheamus took to Twitter and reacted to getting his old entrance song, as he spammed ”too many limes,” which is the misheard version of his theme song.

”Too Many Limes after Too Many Limes after Too Many Limes Too Many Limes after Too Many Limes after Too Many Limes Too Many Limes after Too Many Limes after Too Many Limes Too Many Limes after Too Many Limes after Too Many Limes Too Many Limes after Too Many Limes after Too Many..”

We will have to wait and see how Sheamus will be booked in the coming weeks, now that he has finally made his triumphant return to WWE television after so long. After all, fans just want him to succeed this time around.
