The long-standing feud between former Damage CTRL allies turned adversaries, IYO Sky and Bayley, reached its climax at WrestleMania 40 on Sunday in an electrifying one-on-one encounter. The Role Model emerged victorious, securing the WWE Women’s Championship in a spectacular showdown. IYO Sky has now broken her silence on the matter.

Bayley and IYO Sky unleashed a barrage of power-packed moves in their quest for victory on the grandest stage of them all, with the WWE Women’s Championship on the line. The intense bout spilled all over ringside as both competitors utilized the environment to their advantage. In the closing moments of the match, IYO Sky targeted Bayley’s injured leg, exchanging blows and signature moves in a desperate bid to gain the upper hand.

However, it was Bayley who ultimately seized the opportunity, countering IYO Sky’s offense and delivering the decisive Bayley-to-Belly followed by an elbow drop and her finishing move to secure the pinfall victory and thus become the new WWE Women’s Champion.

IYO Sky took to Twitter and broke her silence after her loss at WrestleMania 40 Sunday, as she acknowledged her defeat at the hands of Bayley.

It remains to be seen how Bayley will be booked as the WWE Women’s Champion, as it seems likely Damage CTRL isn’t done with Bayley just yet.
