GUNTHER is marching forward with formidable opponent in Sami Zayn to collide against at WrestleMania 40 with his prestigious WWE Intercontinental Championship at stake in Philidelphia.

The Ring General wasted no time in making a statement against not only his Mania foe i.e. Sami Zayn but also against the man who narrowly came close to dethroning him for the title and has now aligned himself with Zayn, Chad Gable.

As seen on last night’s edition of Monday Night RAW, Chad Gable was spotted training Sami Zayn with his years of technical wrestling and prowess between the ropes to prepare him for one of the biggest showdowns of his career.

Shifting gears, Sami Zayn was slated for a rematch against the man looking to find his own path to WrestleMania in recent weeks, Big Bronson Reed. Just as Zayn was looking to close in on the victory to gain momentum, GUNTHER emerged from the back with a dismantled Chad Gable that lay on the stage, leading to Sami once again getting distracted and losing the match against Bronson Reed.

In unseen footage dropped by GUNTHER himself on X, as Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell were talking backstage, they heard the noise of GUNTHER beating down Gable right next to them, and leading the assault straight from the Gorilla position all the way up to the ring.

“Was is Cheftrainer ?”

Witnessing the events that have transpired over the weeks, it would be interesting to see if Sami Zayn can keep his head in the game and be focused on ending GUNTHER’s record-setting title reign at WrestleMania 40.
