The American Nightmare Cody Rhodes is inching close to possibly claiming his long-awaited destiny at WrestleMania 40, even after suffering heinous beatdowns over the past few weeks. With days left before the biggest nights of his career, Rhodes dropped an interesting piece of gear that he would don for the first night of The Show of Shows.

Cody Rhodes took to his Instagram stories to unveil the first look of his signature weight belt that he wears each time he heads the ring to compete. As the camera starts to pan, it is revealed that the belt is white in color, with a half-and-half insignia of Cody and his WrestleMania 40 Night 1 ally, Seth Rollins and further embedded with the message ‘We are what they grow beyond.’

As the camera moves further, the center of the weight belt is revealed to be inscribed with the name of the Rhodes-Rollins coined name ‘Freakin Nightmare’ in the middle with WrestleMania 40 logos on each side. You can check it out here.

The go-home edition of Monday Night RAW for WrestleMania 40 saw Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins beaten down viciously with another weight belt by The Final Boss, The Rock as he and his cousin Roman Reigns stood tall at the end of the show.

With their explosive tag team match on the horizon, it would be interesting to see what outcome would prevail that would have direct implications on the main event championship bout between Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns on WrestleMania 40 Night 2.
