Trick Williams Reacts to ‘Whoop that Trick’ Chants on 3/15 WWE SmackDown

The popularity of NXT rising star Trick Williams is reaching new heights not only in the black and gold but slowly making its way on the main roster as well.

During tonight’s edition of SmackDown, the fans were swept off their feet with the return of The Rock’s famous segment, ‘Rock Concert’ which was preceded by a brand new entrance music which was a blend of his current one and his old school Hollywood Rock song.

The Great One’s memorable concert has seen him diss his foes in a comedic manner by singing songs written to make fun and fire shots at them.

However, as The Rock sang his heart out to his rivals, Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins, fans could be heard chanting Trick Williams’ popular catchphrase, ‘Whoop that trick’ which is often heard on NXT televised programming majorly.

The dynamic NXT star seemed to have taken notice and used his official X account to react to the same.

Trick Williams is currently slated to battle his former best friend in one-on-one showdown against Carmelo Hayes at NXT Stand and Deliver. However, with his star power invading WWE’s main roster, it would interesting to see if it translates into a call-up to the big leagues in the near future.
