Bronson Reed Backs Big E’s ‘Meaty Invitational’ For WrestleMania 40

With WrestleMania just a few weeks away, WWE has started stacking up the match card with some of the biggest matches of the year. From Roman Reigns vs Cody Rhodes to Becky Lynch vs Rhea Ripley, a lot of massive matches have been made official for the Grandest Stage of them All. However, numerous ‘big’ men are still waiting in line for their match. 

Since he missed his visit to Australia for Elimination Chamber 2024, Bronson Reed hasn’t been on the same level of in-ring performances. Reed lost to Sami Zayn in the gauntlet match on the 3/11 episode of WWE Raw and missed an opportunity to punch his ticket to WrestleMania. 

In recent post on X, the Raw star addressed his plans for the Grandest Stage of them All and acknowledged Big E’s idea for a ‘Meaty Invitational’. Back in January, the former WWE Champion pitched an idea for the match featuring Ivar, Omos, Oba Femi, and Bronson Reed. The latter now feels that a match like this could be a massive opportunity to showcase his dominance and enhance his character. 

“There are some BIG brothers currently not on this year’s #WrestleMania I think its time for @WWEBigE MEATY INVITATIONAL! If you, the WWE universe want it, let your voice be heard!!! #MEATMANIA”

With Oba Femi in NXT, him getting involved in the match might not be the perfect scenario heading into WrestleMania. However, Reed, Ivar, and Omos in a triple threat match would be a massive addition to the already stacked WrestleMania card.
