Daniel Garcia is gearing up for a monumental challenge as he prepares to face Christian Cage for the TNT Championship at AEW Revolution. Despite being with the promotion since 2021, this will mark Garcia’s first singles pay-per-view match in AEW, adding an extra layer of excitement for the showdown.

In an interview with Fightful’s Grapsody podcast, Garcia shared his excitement about the opportunity to snatch the title from Cage. He described Cage as a “living legend” with a reign of terror over AEW. He added that he is determined to put an end to Cage’s dominance and bring a much-needed change by claiming the championship for himself.

It feels great. Being able to take the title off a living legend like Christian Cage is going to be one of the biggest moments ever. Somebody who has a reign of terror over AEW for the past year. Somebody who has been despicable, hateful — you call me a hater, Christian Cage is a real hater. A hateful, disgusting person. Being able to beat him and take that title, that means so much to so many people, away from him and bring it back to somebody with a good heart. It’s a much needed change.”

The upcoming match at AEW Revolution promises to be a defining moment in Garcia’s career as he looks to make a statement against one of AEW’s most formidable competitors.
