AEW has announced the hiring of Jen Pepperman as the Vice President of Content Development, as initially reported by Soap Opera Network.

Pepperman brings a wealth of experience to AEW, having previously served as Senior Writer and Producer at WWE before departing earlier this month. Her background includes work on notable soap operas such as “As The World Turns” and “One Life to Live.”


Throughout her career, Pepperman has earned recognition with three Daytime Emmy Awards, underscoring her talent and proficiency in directing. Her accolades include awards for directing on both “As The World Turns” and “One Life to Live,” as well as for her work on the digital drama series “After Forever.”
