Roman Reigns and The Bloodline may have just found their next major fight, and it looks like things are headed straight for WarGames. The family came together to battle 946 on the October 19, 2026 episode of WWE RAW, and the closing segment got a massive reaction from the San Diego crowd. Now Dave Meltzer says WWE already has plans to take this rivalry into WarGames.

Speaking on the October 19 episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Meltzer addressed the closing segment from RAW, which saw Roman Reigns reunite with Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso and Solo Sikoa to fight 946. The segment ended with the family standing tall, but according to Meltzer, this isn’t where the feud ends.

As Ringside News previously covered, things got ugly when The Usos came to the ring armed with weapons and called out 946. Royce Keys, Bronco Nima, Lucien Price and Carmelo Hayes answered the challenge, and it didn’t take long for the situation to turn into an all-out brawl.

Solo Sikoa showed up to help The Usos, but Hayes got involved with a crowbar, giving 946 the advantage. Things got even worse when Jaida Parker brought out handcuffs as the group prepared to restrain Solo against the ropes. Then Roman Reigns’ music hit, and the entire arena erupted. Reigns stormed the ring to help his family, and the four eventually forced 946 to retreat. Bryan Alvarez was particularly impressed with how the crowd reacted to Roman’s arrival. Meltzer agreed that WWE had gotten exactly the reaction it wanted from the segment.

But the bigger news came when Alvarez started discussing the possibility of WWE building toward a WarGames match involving the two factions. He barely got the question out before Meltzer interrupted.

“I mean, if this is. If this is, like, their War Games idea, I mean.”

Meltzer immediately responded:

“Well, it is.”

Alvarez went on to say that the match could do extremely well considering how strongly the crowd reacted to the confrontation. Meltzer then made it clear once again that WarGames is WWE’s planned direction for the feud, saying, “It is their WarGames. Yeah.”

That would make plenty of sense considering WWE has been building this fight for weeks. The feud took another major turn on October 12 when Carmelo Hayes revealed himself as an ally of 946 and helped destroy The Usos and Solo Sikoa. Roman getting involved now gives the family some serious backup.

The timing also lines up with Survivor Series: WarGames on November 28. WWE hasn’t officially announced the match, and there are still questions about how the teams will be put together. Roman, Jimmy, Jey and Solo are currently united against a group that includes Keys, Nima, Price, Hayes and Jaida Parker, but the final WarGames lineup remains to be seen.

Who do you think should join Roman Reigns and The Bloodline for WarGames, and should WWE have the family beat 946 or give the newer faction a major victory? Let us know what you think in the comments below.
