While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer was asked if Jamie Hayter could be returning to AEW soon. Meltzer noted that he has not been given a date regarding her return, adding that he hasn’t heard anything new about her in-ring return status in the past couple of months.
”I hope so. I have not been given a date on Jamie Hayter though. I just heard early this year, and we’re early in the year, so there you go. But I’ve heard nothing new, I would say, in a couple of months really.”
This is certainly unfortunate news for fans of Jamie Hayter who want the former AEW Women’s Champion to make her triumphant return. With AEW All in set to take place in August this year, only time will tell if she will be able to maker here comeback by then.
