AEW Announces New Romantic Comedy Series For Valentine’s Day

The wrestling world is not only an oyster of physical combat, but also the place where athletes find love. Over the years, the business has seen many love stories blossom with one power couple debuting in a new AEW show.

Tony Khan’s company took to their official X to announce a new series for their YouTube channel starring real-life wrestling couple and AEW stars, Johnny TV and Taya Valkyrie. A short teaser was released, giving us a glimpse of what the fans can expect.

Moreover, AEW billed it as the debut of wrestling first romantic comedy on Valentine’s Day with new episodes released every week.

Johnny TV came to prominence for his stint in WWE during the early 2010s and 2020s as John Morrison. He become known for his amazing parkour style and athleticism, winning multiple championships and accolades. Taya on the other hand, made a name for herself on the independent circuit, wrestling for various promotions.

The duo tied the knot in June 2018 after being in a relationship for two years. Moreover, their pairing on AEW programming has been widely appreciated. So it would be interesting to see the duo in a love-based series, depicting their bond with a touch of comedy for the company.
