Kevin Owens Shocks NXT Fans With New Year’s Evil Surprise Return

You never know what can happen in WWE, became the NXT brand has attracted a lot of attention in recent memory. New Year’s Evil went down this week, and it was quite a memorable show.

Trick Williams was supposed to take on Ilja Dragunov for the NXT Title at New Year’s Evil. Then, an injury stopped that for him. This week’s main event actually went down, but the NXT Title wasn’t on the line.

Grayson Waller showed up to challenge Trick Williams to a match. If Williams lost the match, he would also give up his title shot.

In the main event match, Kevin Owens appeared. He has been feuding with Grayson Waller in recent weeks, and he took Waller out with a punch on the outside. Then Waller went back in the ring to lose the match.

We will have to see what is next for Grayson Waller, but Kevin Owens certainly shut him down at New Year’s Evil.
