Mercedes Mone is used to shocking fans, and she could have a surprise in store for them very soon. You never know where she will show up, and that is all too obvious right now.

The former Sasha Banks may return to the Royal Rumble. It was reported a month ago that AEW no longer has a working plan to bring Banks in like they used to. Now, things could have changed.

During his Q&A, Sean Sapp noted that things with Mercedes Mone’s situation could change at any moment. With so many big events coming up, Mone could show up in any number of places.

“I want to be clear about the Mercedes element of things. I was told that there is an active plan to work with her. When I asked again in December, I was told that there is not a plan, and the terms were too far apart. We’re talking about a full month since then. Things could have changed since then. Would not surprise me. Would not surprise me if she popped up on AEW Worlds End, AEW Dynamite, next week on WWE programming, the Royal Rumble. Mercedes will do what she feels like doing at the moment. Even though a month ago there were no working plans, you never know how things will change. You never know, that maybe Charlotte set the market. Maybe that adjusted terms. There are so many ifs and possibilities, maybe she rolls up to Wrestle Kingdom next week. There are so many options, and I’m not willing to write any of them off as we sit here on December 29th.”
