It did not take Top Dolla too long before he understood how things went about in WWE, but he never really managed to get himself over as much as the company would have liked. WWE ended up releasing him back in September, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t keep up to date with what goes on in WWE. Dolla also claimed that WWE told Samantha Irvin to not use a unique introduction for him and other talent.
Samantha Irvin spent the majority of her run in WWE as part of NXT before being called up to the main roster at the beginning of last year. This week’s episode of Monday Night RAW featured a lot of action and several memorable segments.
Chelsea Green and Piper Niven defended their WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles against Kayden Carter and Katana Chance during the show. However, fans noticed that Irvin didn’t announce Green in her signature flair this time, which puzzled her. Irvin then explained that the omission wasn’t her call.
As previously reported, WWE higher-ups told Samantha Irvin not to use unique introductions. Top Dolla took to Twitter and commented on a tweet about this report, where he claimed that WWE also told Irvin not to use unique introductions for him and other WWE stars.
”They hatin on her greatness and what makes her so special… Told her to stop saying Top Dolla a special way last year too & me and Chelsea ain’t the only ones…”
Samantha Irvin has gained fanfare thanks to her incredible announcing work over the past year and fans hope that she won’t stop doing her own thing when it comes to announcing in the future.
