AEW Opens Up More Seats for Revolution 2024 After Massive Ticket Demand

AEW is already looking ahead to next year as the first major pay-per-view of 2024 for the company is Revolution – which has seen quite a few memorable moments, both good and bad. That said, AEW opened up more seats for next year’s event due to massive fan demand.

The AEW Revolution event is set to take place on Sunday, March 3, 2023, at the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, NC. Naturally, the event has a ton of excitement for many reasons.

In case you did not know, Sting will be ending his in-ring career at AEW Revolution next year, as fans wonder who his final opponent will be. There’s no doubt that Sting’s retirement match has built up anticipation for the event in a big way.

WrestleTix took to Twitter and revealed that AEW Revolution has sold 13,011 so far. Due to this, AEW decided to open up the venue in order to accommodate more fans, as the current capacity is for 15,433 fans. Therefore, there are 2,422 tickets left for fans to purchase right now.

Tony Khan also aims for Sting to appear at AEW All In next year as an ambassador after retirement. It remains to be seen what will become of Sting in the end, as fans would love for him to have a proper retirement match – something that many feel WWE deprived him of, all those years ago.
