CM Punk has been a huge draw after returning to WWE at Survivor Series last month and fans have been glued to the screen whenever he appears on it. Punk also confessed that his WWE return is driven by more than just personal motives.

The Second City Saint has appeared on Monday Night RAW, Friday Night SmackDown, and NXT Deadline after he returned to the company last month. It has become quite evident that Punk is simply a major draw for the company and he loves being there.

When Punk left WWE in 2014 the night after the Royal Rumble, fans continued to chant his name and they never stopped. It came to a point that WWE even directly addressed CM Punk chants during their shows.

While speaking on Instagram Live for Elite Comics and Kulture City, CM Punk admitted that his WWE return isn’t about him as he is not driven by personal motives, noting that it is more about the fans who kept on chanting his name for a decade.

“This isn’t about me, this is about us. This about everybody that is behind me. That for ten years didn’t forget, chanted my name. I’m going to put the boots back on for all of ya’ll. We’re going to go on this journey together.”

CM Punk will be part of the Monday Night RAW family going forward. Punk also confirmed he will be competing in the Royal Rumble match next year, so it remains to be seen how Punk’s Road to WrestleMania will turn out next year.
