Ex-WWE Star Alberto Del Rio Performs at High School Gym with Disappointing Crowd

Former WWE Superstar Alberto Del Rio remains a highly controversial figure in pro wrestling. Del Rio used to have a lot of fans but he has lost most of them by now. Therefore, it comes as no surprise that Del Rio was spotted performing at a high school gym with an abysmal turnout.

Despite all of Del Rio’s controversies, it is evident that he has seen a lot of success in WWE. This is because he is a four-time world champion, two-time WWE United States Champion as well as the 2011 Royal Rumble winner.

 Alberto Del Rio’s fall from grace is something fans know all too well by now. He was facing several charges of assault, but they were dropped in the end. This included the time he was in relationship with Saraya, which was extremely toxic.

The Mexican star is still an active in-ring competitor and as seen in recent footage making rounds online, the former WWE Superstar was making his way to the ring at a high school gym, which barely had any fans in attendance. According to Cagematch, Alberto Del Rio faced off against Sam Adonis at the Plantando Bandera event, which was held at the Athletic Complex in Dallas, Texas.

Alberto Del Rio is also certain he will get inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame someday. Regardless, only time will tell whether Del Rio will ever redeem himself after all the horrible things he has done over the years.
