CM Punk’s return to WWE brought ton of attention to the company, as fans wonder what is next. His comeback may not be well received by everyone in the locker room, and Drew McIntyre is now adding fuel to the fiery rumors that he’s not happy about the Second City Savior’s latest run in WWE. In fact, it is reported that multiple Superstars were upset.

Drew McIntyre left the ring after the WarGames match at Survivor Series before CM Punk made his debut. McIntyre held his eye, and he looked very angry, and then Punk returned to get huge reaction from the Allstate Arena. A report later indicated that McIntyre’s anger stemmed from CM Punk’s return.

Drew McIntyre logged onto X/Twitter, and he dropped a little post. While including a photo of himself after he accidentally busted himself open on Seth Rollins’ World Heavyweight Title during the November 27th episode of WWE RAW, McIntyre also included a little caption that stole lines from CM Punk’s entrance music.

Look in my eyes, what do you see…

The latest report about Drew McIntyre says that whatever his issue was at Survivor Series is in the past now. He showed up at WWE live event directly after Survivor Series, where he took a little shot at the internet’s rumor mill as well.

Drew McIntyre will continue his path toward regaining championship gold in WWE. He seems determined, and he’s not backing down from something he believes should be his as well. It also appears that he noticed all the attention that CM Punk received since his return to WWE as well.

Only time will tell what is in the future for Drew McIntyre. He has not signed a new deal that we have heard of, and his current contract is set to expire just before WrestleMania 40.
