Bruce Prichard’s extensive involvement in professional wrestling spans half a century, encompassing roles such as booker, commentator, and the iconic manager known as Brother Love. That being said, whenever he tweets out a strange photo and deletes it right after, people have questions.

Right now, Bruce Prichard holds the position of Executive Director for WWE Raw and SmackDown, all while managing his popular podcast, Something To Wrestle. He recently posted a photo that some saw as a bit cryptic, but it was nothing to be alarmed about.

Earlier today, Prichard briefly shared a photo of a golden watch on his X account, subsequently deleting it. This prompted inquiries from fans, some also speculated that the post might signify his retirement. Historically, golden watches have been presented as tokens of appreciation to long-serving employees in various companies, including WWE.

Haus of Wrestling noted that Bruce Prichard’s tweet and delete incident was a case of accidental posting. Prichard meant to send that watch photo to someone else, and he didn’t mean to tweet it.

Haus of Wrestling has learned that Prichard is a big fan of watches and intended to send the photo to a friend and not publish it on social media. Prichard is a known “watch guy” who buys and trades them. As soon as he realized the mistake, he quickly took the tweet down, not knowing the speculation it would create. It was also relayed that Prichard finds it “hilarious” that this even became a story.

Obviously, Bruce Prichard didn’t mean to get anyone up in arms, or get the rumor mill going on his behalf. This was an accident, and there is nothing wrong with his position in WWE. This did, however, open the door to provide a friendly reminder that Bruce Prichard is a fan of incredibly expensive watches.

Bruce Prichard tweeting something accidentally is strange, because posting on the Elon Musk owned social media platform is much different from texting, or even DMing a photo. Only time will tell if WWE makes any reference to this on WWE television.
