Ronda Rousey left WWE after her SummerSlam match against Shayne Baszler. She was able to put Baszler over in a big way before exiting, but she’s not done with pro wrestling by a long shot.

Ronda Rousey visited the Lucha VaVOOM event at the Mayan Theater in Los Angeles. She participated in a spontaneous match, teaming up with her training partner, Marina Shafir. The two members of the Four Horsewomen of MMA engaged in a tag team match against Taya Valkyrie and Brian Kendrick.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that Ronda Rousey may not be finished wrestling indie dates. She wants to work with Marina Shafir, and at this stage in her career she can pick her own dates.

She just wanted to team with Marina Shafir, and she might be doing a Revolver show, you hear about that? I think it might be in November, maybe the 16th, but there’s a Pro Wrestling Revolver show in Los Angeles.”

“I think she wants to team with Marina, and maybe there’s something there. She’s a free agent, she can do what she wants. Now she’s doing it for fun. It’s in LA. She doesn’t have to travel. She likes hanging out with Marina.”

Ronda Rousey dropped big hint that she may be interested in working the Pro Wrestling Revolver show in November. That could get a lot of fans looking at that event who might not have normally paid attention. Only time will tell what she decides to do, but Rousey obviously has a lot of freedom right now.

Ronda Rousey may end up in AEW, if they can afford her. At this point in her career, she can pick and choose exactly what she wants to do. Right now, it appears that she wants to keep working indie dates with her friend Marina Shafir whenever she can.
