WWE released a handful of Superstars in surprising fashion on Thursday, and it seems that one of them isn’t going to make sure that the company gets all of their property back.

One WWE star who was released yesterday provided an update to his earlier message about the release, and he made it clear that he’s not surrendering a title. Of course, he may be kidding, but you also never know in pro wrestling.

Mace, who was among the WWE stars released along with his Maximum Male Models partner Mansoor, took to social media to address their releases in a positive manner. Mansoor even recorded a video with his wife and daughter.

Mace still has possession of the UpUpDownDown title, and he made it clear that they aren’t going to get it back from him as he posted on X.

“Also I’m not giving back the UpUpDownDown title. Sorry not sorry.”

Xavier Woods saw that tweet from Brennan Williams, and he had to reply. In typical form, he picked the perfect animate gif to illustrate what he was feeling at that moment.

We will have to see what Mace and Mansoor are able to do next. They may stay together outside WWE, but each man could also have their own journey. One thing we know is that Mace isn’t giving up that title belt so easily.
