Elias Released From His WWE Contract

WWE is going through some big changes, and now it appears their roster is going through a bit of a trimming process. Now we have another release to report.

We previously reported that Mustafa Ali said he is no longer working with WWE. It was then revealed that Emma was released today as well. It was later reported that Rock Boogs was released from his contract. Sadly, Aliyah’s name joined that list later.

Sean Sapp reported on X to reveal that Elias was also released from his WWE contract today. Now, the Drifter is no longer with WWE.

Ringside News exclusively reported that the internal belief within the creative team was that Elias’ Ezekiel character really ruined him. He hasn’t been seen on WWE for a long time, and his contract situation was also unclear.
