MJF obviously heard what Lufisto said about AEW’s Women’s Division, and he heard enough of it already. The AEW World Champion jumped on social media to absolutely bury Lufisto’s remarks.
In case you need a refresher, Lufisto dropped another bombshell string of posts on X to say that Tony Khan has some people thinking that he is returning AEW to the Divas Era. That received quite lot of attention, especially since Lufisto also said that Tony Khan sent any woman home who expressed concern about the division’s direction.
MJF fired off a long tweet from his verified X account to take down Lufisto with three bullet points. He also made a point to say that AEW has a great women’s division.
If you listen to miserable people who never made it in this sport that’s not exactly the brightest thing to do. Use your brain. If someone’s been in professional wrestling for over a decade and you find them to be talented but they’ve never truly “panned out” there’s a reason for it.
1. Lack of talent.
2. Difficulty to work with.
3. Delusional Just to name a few.
People love to talk ill of companies and will say things like “I’m the only person who’s brave enough to speak up.”
When in reality the only reason you’re spewing bullsh*t is because you are aware deep down you aren’t going to make it so what’s the harm in spewing reckless lies and trying to hurt hard working talented people on your way down to obscurity.
We have an amazing women’s locker room.
Sorry not sorry.
AEW fans all over are debating the company’s women’s division and how they are treated. Several have pointed toward backstage drama, but it seems that MJF has spoken his piece on the matter.
We will keep our eye on this always-developing story, right here at Ringside News. There could be a lot more to unpack in this situation before the whole story is over.
AEW’s women’s division might have some work to do, but the women on the roster will continue bringing it with every opportunity they are given. What’s your take on this situation? Leave your comments in the space below to be a part of the conversation!
