Brock Lesnar vs Cody Rhodes was booked for SummerSlam. That being said, they won’t have a typical match. This is something that we’ve reported on for a while.

WRKD Wrestling reported that the match will still get a gimmick. At this point, the stipulation for that match hasn’t been revealed.

While not announced on #WWERaw, a stipulation will be added to Brock Lesnar vs. Cody Rhodes at #SummerSlam.

Ringside News exclusively reported that Brock Lesnar and Cody Rhodes will meet again in the ring. It turns out that WWE is considering violent match for that confrontation. As we already noted, a dog collar match was already rejected.

We previously noted that very violent stipulation is likely coming for Brock Lesnar vs Cody Rhodes III. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that, “Lesnar vs. Rhodes III will be one of the SummerSlam main events. There has been a lot of talk about adding a stipulation and one of the ideas is a bull rope match. That is not official and there are multiple other ideas for that match on the table, and no final decision has been made.”

We will have to see how things pan out in this situation. Obviously, WWE fans have quite a show in store for them at SummerSlam this year.
