WWE has a lot of plans in progress, but certain Superstars have the ability to reject stories if they don’t want to do them. Cody Rhodes has become known for his dog collar matches, and his current feud with Brock Lesnar could be perfect for that kind of blow-off, but it seems that won’t be happening.

Ringside News exclusively reported that Cody Rhodes and Brock Lesnar are not finished with each other yet. The two will throw down in another match, as we reported this even before Cody Rhodes cut that promo on the Beast Incarnate on RAW.

BWE tweeted out behind his private Twitter account that WWE had the idea for a dog collar match, but it was rejected. The proven WWE insider did not specify who rejected that dog collar match idea, but it is pretty apparent once you break down the situation.

Collar match rejected. No need to say who

We will have to see how WWE decides to book Cody Rhodes and Brock Lesnar’s third singles encounter. Obviously, they have a lot of fan attention, and Cody Rhodes is still selling that broken arm in the process.

Keep checking back with Ringside News as we continue providing the most in-depth coverage for the entire pro wrestling world possible.
