The Young Bucks are without a doubt in a league of their own when it comes to the business aspect of the industry. However, their polarizing personalities and approach to wrestling are not to everyone’s taste, and fans have learned to accept this. That said, it appears The Young Bucks teased making ‘Counterfeit Bucks’ t-shirts after CM Punk’s promo on AEW Collision.
CM Punk had been absent from AEW television since the All Out pay-per-view last year, where the infamous backstage brawl with Punk and The Elite. Fans eagerly waited to see whether he would address the drama on the debut episode of AEW Collision.
The Second City Saint went on a major rant in his promo, where he even targeted the Young Bucks – calling them ‘Counterfeit Bucks.’ The Young Bucks took to their Twitter bio and reacted to Punk’s promo, as they teased making a t-shirt based on ‘Counterfeit Bucks.’
“If it were 2018, we’d already have a “Counterfeit Bucks” shirt available on PWT. 😂 Kill it y’all!”
We will have to wait and see whether CM Punk and The Elite will be able to work together somewhere down the line. After all, stranger things have happened in the world of professional wrestling.
