WWE found themselves in a very interesting place when the RAW Women’s Title ended up on SmackDown, and vice versa. Now, they have solved one of those issues.

Asuka was the RAW Women’s Champion after winning the title from Bianca Belair at Night of Champions. Then she continued as RAW Women’s Champion until tonight.

During this week’s SmackDown, WWE presented Asuka with a shiny new title. She is now the WWE Women’s Champion. This was quite a ceremony on the blue brand to crown a new champion.

Only time will tell what WWE does with Rhea Ripley’s SmackDown Women’s Title on RAW. Odds are she will also see a new title. Keep checking back with Ringside News for more!
