Shayna Baszler and Ronda Rousey won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships, and it was quite a bit moment for them. Rousey wanted this run with Baszler for a while, and even after her injury changed WrestleMania plans, she is finally getting that title reign with Baszler. It was quite a big moment for Shayna Baszler as well.

Shayna Baszler recently spoke to TMZ about her big win in WWE. She said that there were real emotions behind that moment in the ring.

“That moment at the end of the match where I crawl back in the ring, and we’re hugging was a real emotional moment,” SB said. “When we think back to trying to pay for enough food to eat throughout the week and still make weight and living on the beach in Venice.”

While reflecting on her journey to winning the titles with Ronda Rousey, Shayna Baszler became emotional as she emphasized that the path to becoming champions was far from easy and was filled with numerous obstacles to overcome.

“I don’t think people really understand how much we had to fight for this,” Baszler said. “Maybe that’s something for a book in the future. It’s not like it’s been easy. It’s not like this is just handed to us. We had to fight and claw and demand for this opportunity.”

For Shayna Baszler, reaching the pinnacle of the women’s division alongside Ronda Rousey is a career-defining moment that reflects the immense effort they have both invested to reach this point.

“I love my job. I love my work. I’m proud of everything I’ve done, but who doesn’t want to do all that with one of their best friends? No matter what your job is. It’s a pretty good time.”

Shayna Baszler is obviously having a good run in WWE. Under Triple H’s leadership, it appears that she might have a nice run with Ronda Rousey as her tag team partner. Only time will tell how long that union goes, but the possibility is always there for them to feud someday.
