Roman Reigns works a part-time schedule, and the Tribal Chief is really enjoying this time in his WWE career. That being said, it came as a bit of a shock when he appeared on an advertisement for house show later this month. Sadly, that was a mistake.

Roman Reigns was scheduled to make a rare appearance at a house show on May 20th, 2023. WWE is holding a Supershow house show at the Crown Complex in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and Reigns’ presence has been confirmed by the official Facebook page.

Sean Sapp posted behind Fightful’s paywall to burst the bubble for any fan hoping to see Roman Reigns in Fayetteville. Apparently, that advertisement was a mistake, and Roman Reigns isn’t actually going to be there.

WWE issued Fightful the following statement:

“Incorrect promotional material was released that advertised Roman Reigns in Fayetteville this Saturday, May 20.

Roman Reigns will not be Fayetteville.

Refunds will be available at point of purchase until 7:30 ET the day of the event.”

This is sad, but at least WWE is issuing refunds for fans who might not want to go to the show without Roman Reigns’ participation. Hopefully, Roman Reigns can make it up to fans some day, but his part-time WWE schedule doesn’t seem to get any busier.

We will have to see how Roman Reigns’ 2023 pans out. As we previously reported, he is expected to take an extended hiatus as Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.
