CM Punk and AEW might be having some trouble, just as he was about to make a return to the company. Now, he is speaking out about that report.

AEW did not include CM Punk in their Collision announcement. He was actually on an image for the show, including an email press release, but they took him out at the last minute.

Following a report that AEW and CM Punk hit a snag with re-hiring Ace Steel, it seems that CM Punk has spoken out about this. He isn’t shy about letting people know what he thinks, and the Second City Savior did not disappoint this time around.

Through his Instagram story, CM Punk made it clear that Bryan Alvarez doesn’t know the whole story at all. He also had some choice words for the Wrestling Observer Live host.

“Look everyone, Bryan Alverez doesn’t like it when misinformed internet trolls make up rumors about him so please stop making up rumors and stories for clicks while Bryan makes up rumors and stories for clicks okay? He’s married for gods sake! By gawd that man has a family!!! (Bryan alverez shut the f*ck up and stop talking about me challenge day 1)

Friendly reminder: I haven’t been on tv in nine months and y’all still just can’t stop talking about me. Maybe stop, you’ll feel better. Love, hate, it’s all the same. I don’t enjoy being the sole person that props up entire misinformed clickbait industry based on toxic gossip from lying sources, but what can you do? When you’re the king, it comes with the crown.”

We will have to see what CM Punk and AEW does next. He could very well be a part of the big announcement planned for Dynamite tonight. Only time will tell if his time with AEW is done now.

If anything, we certainly have CM Punk’s side of the story. Now, we will have to wait to see how this situation pans out once again.
