WWE made a lot of big decisions during the 2023 Draft, and that included drafting the entire Bloodline to SmackDown. FOX must be elated that they were able to lock down Roman Reigns and his stable, but WWE needs people for the Tribal Chief to wrestle.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter broke down WWE’s options for Roman Reigns on SmackDown. At this point, it appears that Bobby Lashley is in a great position to batltle the Head of the Table on the blue brand.

Roman Reigns is the king of the brand, and Lashley looks him his biggest opponent left, with people like Edge, Styles, Mysterio and Sheamus in spots where they also could work with him.

Roman Reigns doesn’t need a challenger who can beat him, because it wouldn’t surprise anyone to see him carry that title until next year’s WrestleMania event. After all, he already hinted that there is a lot left to come.

That being said, Roman Reigns does need people that he can face in his part-time schedule until then. If Roman Reigns takes a month off between matches, then a list of Bobby Lashley, Edge, AJ Styles, Rey Mysrterio, and Sheamus could bring him around to the road to WrestleMania next year.

You can also never count out the idea of someone like Solo Sikoa stepping up to take on the Tribal Chief. WWE has planted plenty of seeds that Solo Sikoa very well may be the next huge name to come out of the Bloodline.

What’s your take on Roman Reigns’ title reign? Does it need to end already, or is it just getting good? Sound off in the comments!
