WWE Superstar Drew McIntyre was pulled from a signing and Friday Night SmackDown due to a health issue. It had been previously reported that McIntyre was removed from both events earlier today.

According to Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline, it ‘s currently unknown what the health issue is and McIntyre has not tweeted since Sunday night. The situation will be monitored and an update will be provided as more details emerge.

McIntyre’s absence is a blow for WWE, as the Scottish star is a top talent on the SmackDown roster. He had been expected to appear on tonight’s show, but with his current health situation, he has been forced to miss out.

Tonight’s episode of SmackDown features Triple H addressing the fans, as well as several notable matches, including Rey Mysterio and Santos Escobar vs. Dominik Mysterio and Damian Priest. SmackDown Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley is also scheduled to appear, and The Brawling Brutes will face Imperium in a 6-Man Tag.

McIntyre has been a prominent figure in WWE since his return to the company in 2017. He won the WWE Championship twice, headlined several major pay-per-view events, and established himself as one of the top stars in the company.

Fans and fellow wrestlers alike will undoubtedly be hoping for a speedy recovery for McIntyre and a return to the ring as soon as possible.
