AEW’s Latest Signing: Former WWE Executive Adam Hopkins Takes On New Role

WWE has fired a lot of people over the past couple of years in the name of budget cuts. A lot of people are not known outside WWE’s offices, but Adam Hopkins’ release was huge surprise. Now it seems that he is back in the pro wrestling business.

Vince McMahon’s return to WWE saw him take full control of the situation. While it was thought that the company might be on a hiring freeze, but the same is not the case in AEW.

PW Insider reports that AEW has hired Adam Hopkins. He will start soon, but his exact job title is not known at this time.

AEW has hired former WWE Vice President of Communications Adam Hopkins, PWInsider.com has confirmed.

While we are not sure of the title, one would think that after all his years with WWE, Hopkins would likely be working on the PR side and helping that area of the company.

Adam Hopkins has nearly two decades of experience in WWE, and he’s been an asset all around. Many people in the pro wrestling news business also knew him as their go-to source for questions.
