WrestleCon was quite an event this year, and it drew headlines that the convention doesn’t want. The popular pro wrestling fan destination saw Rick Steiner hurl transphobic and misgendering comments at Gisele Shaw, but Melina also got into a bit of problem at the event.

Melina made an appearance at WrestleCon in Los Angeles this past weekend, but unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when an incident led to her being asked to leave. Sadly, no video footage has surfaced of this situation.

According to PW Insider Elite, Melina attended the WWE SmackDown event on Friday night before returning to the WrestleCon hotel. That is where she reportedly started “acting out in a loud manner,” and she got into an argument that led to a physical altercation with another individual.

As a result of the incident, Melina was asked to leave the hotel where Wrestlecon took place. This unfortunate turn of events was not a good look for her at all. It has also raised questions about Melina’s future in the wrestling industry.

Security at the hotel had to get involved as well, and Melina was ordered off the property and not allowed to return to do her signings at WrestleCon. Obviously this was not the turn of events she had planned.

Melina has teased a WWE return, but that hasn’t happened yet. She might not want to hold her breath about getting a call from Stamford either, especially after this story made the rounds.

What’s your take on this Wrestlecon story? Should the convention screen talent a bit better? Sound off in the comments!
