Mercedes Mone Is Waiting For A Call About Forbidden Door

Mercedes Mone didn’t venture directly to AEW after her WWE exit. She appeared in NJPW and swiftly won their Women’s Title. Although she might be free agent soon, Mone is still hoping for a call about entering through the Forbidden Door.

AEW is holding another Forbidden Door event this Summer, and plenty of fans are forming dream matches once again. It seems that they might want to pencil Mercedes Mone into the situation.

The former Sasha Banks was at the Planet Comicon in Kansas City, and she was asked about Forbidden Door. After leaning the event is in June, she said she’s waiting for a call about it.

“When is it. June so far, I think I could be open, July might be open but I gotta get that phone call. Gotta get that phone call from unc.”

We’ll have to see if Mercedes Mone enters through the Forbidden Door. Her NJPW deal is reportedly up very soon, and WWE might not have closed the door on Sasha Banks’ return.

Mercedes Mone also said that fans don’t know the true story about her WWE exit, because she hasn’t told the real story yet.
