Jade Cargill successfully defended her TBS Championship in a short match against Nicole Matthews on AEW Dynamite tonight. The champion was then confronted by a debuting Taya Valkyrie.

Jade Cargill secured her 54th consecutive win on AEW Dynamite when she retained her TBS Championship against Nicole Matthews. Renee Paquette approached Jade Cargill for post-match comments.
Jade Cargill got in Renee’s face. She was about to cut a promo when all of a sudden Taya Valkyrie’s music hit. Jade was shocked to see the hometown wrestle make her way to the ring.
Taya confronted Jade. Leila Grey tried to intervene, but Taya took her out with Jay’s finisher. Excalibur noted that Taya Valkyrie might no longer be a free agent after he latest appearance on AEW Dynamite.
Taya previously worked fans into believing that she won’t show up on AEW Dynamite in Canada. The former IMPACT Knockouts World Champion said she’ll be at her home in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
