Taya Valkyrie made her long-awaited AEW Dynamite debut in her home country of Canada a few hours ago. The veteran confronted Jade Cargill after her successful title defense and 54th consecutive win in AEW.

Taya Valkyrie laid out Leila Grey with Jade Cargill’s finisher. Tony Khan confirmed during the show that Taya has signed with his promotion. Taya’s husband John Morrison took to Twitter to congratulate AEW and his wife on her big signing.

Taya Valkyrie will make her AEW in-ring debut this Friday on Rampage. It remains to be seen how the former IMPACT Knockouts World Champion will fare in Tony Khan’s promotion.
