WWE will return to Hollywood for this year’s WrestleMania. The 39th iteration of the “show of shows” will emanate from the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California on April 1 and 2, 2023. WWE has finally started booking matches for their biggest premium live event of the year.

Cody Rhodes earned the opportunity to main event WrestleMania by winning the 2023 Men’s Royal Rumble match. The American Nightmare eliminated GUNTHER after a grueling back-and-forth contest this past Saturday at the Alamodome.

WWE confirmed the Roman Reigns versus Cody Rhodes match for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at WrestleMania 39 during the latest edition of Monday Night RAW. The American Nightmare reiterated his desire to win the title that has alluded wrestling’s royal family.

The SmackDown Women’s Championship will be defended at WrestleMania 39 as well. The match was made official after Rhea Ripley picked Charlotte Flair as her opponent on WWE RAW tonight . Mami earned the opportunity by winning the 2023 Women’s Royal Rumble match.
