Natalya was taken out of action by Shayna Baszler during a previous episode of WWE SmackDown. Tonight, the Queen of Hearts made her return to in-ring action at the Royal Rumble.

Natalya made her return during the Women’s Royal Rumble match tonight. The former champion entered the squared circle as the 11th participant, much to the shock of Shayna Baszler.
Natalya stayed in the rumble match for several minutes. She tried to eliminate her former tag team partner Baszler, who dragged her over the top rope with a chokehold.
Damage CTRL took advantage of the opportunity to eliminate both Natalya and Shayna Baszler, thus ending their stay in the 2023 Women’s Royal Rumble match at the Alamodome.
Natalya was forced to take a break from in-ring action due to a broken nose she suffered at the hands of Baszler. She had a successful surgery. Stay tuned to Ringside News for more.
