Matt Riddle Is Happy To Be Back With Family After Reports Of Rehab Stay

Matt Riddle quickly established himself as fan favorite after joining WWE in 2018. However, things have not been going well for him as of late. He was removed from television after failing second drug test, and has also been involved in a number of controversies on social media related to infidelity, among other things.

Riddle was last seen teaming up with Kevin Owens to face off against The Usos on the December 5th edition of RAW. Riddle and Owens lost the match. Immediately after that, Solo Sikoa brutalized Matt Riddle and he was stretchered out to the back.

Matt Riddle was written off WWE television after he failed WWE’s Wellness Policy. After all the drama that ensued last year, fans wondered whether Riddle will return to WWE television anytime soon.

Amid his absence from WWE television, Matt Riddle took to Twitter and uploaded a photo of himself along with his family, as they were spending some quality time at a restaurant.

Matt Riddle caught several headlines during his hiatus due to drama. One of his lady companions also made a comment about how her Christmas plans with Riddle were nixed, because he was in rehab.

Matt Riddle is also set for a return at The Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY on February 13th. We will have to wait and see what the company will have planned for Riddle once he is back.
