Mandy Rose had a solid run in NXT, where she held the NXT Women’s Championship for 413 days, establishing herself as one of the all-time greats in the developmental brand. Be that as it may, it is now thing of the past as Rose was suddenly fired by WWE last week. The reason for her firing continues to be a hot topic for debate. In fact, Mandy Rose was able to keep her premium content service in NXT for a good reason.

Mandy Rose was fired by the company because of content she posted behind her premium content paywall. It was previously reported that Mandy Rose was not even given chance to take down her premium content before WWE decided to fire her.

While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer talked about Mandy Rose’s release and why she was able to have a premium content service in NXT. Meltzer revealed that it was simply because NXT does not crack down on external income sources. However, he noted that Mandy Rose ended up pushing the boundaries to the point WWE was forced to fire her.

Being fired was the greatest thing for her pocketbook ever. If she was on the main roster, she wouldn’t have been allowed to have this account to begin with. Because she was in NXT, the rules are different. They don’t really crack down on NXT, but she pushed the boundaries to the point where they had to fire her, which like I said, ended up being the best thing to happen to her.

Mandy Rose has already earned $500K from her racy videos in just one week and is expected to make million bucks by Christmas. Rose was also warned about the way she is earning money via her premium content service. Regardless, we’ll have to see what’s next in store for Mandy Rose.
