WWE NXT Talent Happy With Buzz Over Main Event Appearances

Triple H became WWE’s Head of Creative and turned Main Event into testing ground for NXT talent before their eventual transition to either Monday Night RAW or Friday Night SmackDown.

The Game continues to bring stars from the white and gold brand all over to the Main Event in order to test the waters. NXT stars including Carmelo Hayes, Kiana James and Von Wagner have all worked WWE Main Event tapings during the last couple of months.

It appears that WWE officials are quite happy with the response the NXT talent is getting at the tapings. Sean Sapp reported from behind Fightful’s paywall that NXT stars have created a buzz with their Main Event appearances.

Those that we spoke to have been very happy with the buzz that NXT talent have gained working on WWE Main Event have garnered for them and the show in general.

NXT stars Andre Chase and Axiom were spotted backstage at RAW last night. The head of Andre Chase University even made a cameo during the show as he got destroyed by The Bloodline. As for Axiom, the masked superstar worked the latest Main Event taping against Mustafa Ali.
