All Elite Wrestling is currently the house that is run by Maxwell Jacob Freidman, more commonly known as MJF. The Devil has everything going his way and leaves no opportunity to remind the fans that he is the top dog. MJF recently blew his own trumpet once again by sending a message to the fans while preparing for his first title defense.
MJF has made a mark in the wrestling business with in-ring prowess, a charismatic personality, and incredible mic work. He has stepped in the ring with industry legends like CM Punk, Jon Moxley, and Chris Jericho and proven that he can hang with them all and he can beat them all.
The Salt of the Earth won his first-ever AEW World Championship back in November 2022 at AEW Full Gear, dethroning then-champion Jon Moxley. Since then, he has been on top of his game and leaves no opportunity to brag about his supremacy. MJF recently claimed on Twitter that the fans were jealous of him and he would pillage the industry by his 30s and leave it.
“You people will be let down horrendously and I’m gonna laugh. every time I win you’ll say it’s bad tv because deep down you resent the fact that at 26 I’ve accomplished more in my life then you ever will. By the time I’m in my 30’s I’ll have pillaged this industry and left it.”
MJF is set to defend his AEW World championship against Ricky Starks at AEW’s next pay-per-view, Winter is Coming. Ricky Starks won the AEW World championship Eliminator Tournament, defeating Ethan Page in the finals to earn the opportunity.
