Cody Rhodes became one of the highlights of Monday Night RAW after returning to WWE at WrestleMania 38. His feud with Seth Rollins elevated him to the upper mid-card level in WWE as well. Rhodes might be out of action right now, but he is certainly grateful to a person who bailed him out on Thanksgiving.

The American Nightmare had all the momentum in the world since his return, but he has been absent since Hell In A Cell due to a torn pectoral muscle. Cody Rhodes underwent surgery for the same and will be out of action for a long time. While at home recovering for his in-ring return, The American Nightmare had his own nightmare situation at the store.

It is Thanksgiving Day today and Cody Rhodes is already feeling the holiday spirit. Rhodes took to Twitter and shared a story of how a person helped him out big time at a grocery store.

Last minute trip to the store this morning and Apple Pay wasn’t accepted, dude behind me bailed me out – very thankful I’d love to return the favor to somebody not having their best day or in need. Suggestions… #HappyThanksgiving
