Jeff Hardy is a true veteran in the pro wrestling world and no matter what, he will always have the support of fans. Unfortunately, Jeff Hardy’s personal demons continue to plague his existence even now. His battle with addiction is well known, and now further details regarding his drunken antics have come to light.

Jeff Hardy made headlines for all the wrong reasons after he was arrested for driving under the influence after leaving Florida Dave & Busters, where he had a concert that night. It simply got worse for him after that as well. This was his third DUI arrest in a decade as well.

According to a report by PW Insider, Jeff Hardy’s new court date is November 18th. We will have to see if that goes down as planned, or if it is postponed.

Jeff Hardy was seen in a drunken stupor when police pulled him over and ordered him to remove his hands when Hardy was reaching into his backpack. This new information is detailed in the court documentation that is now a part of Hardy’s ongoing trial.

The FHP tried to pull over Hardy, who initially did not respond, but finally did pull over. When Troopers approached Hardy, he was reaching into a backpack and was told to remove his hands.

“I issued loud verbal commands for the driver to take his hands out of the bag to which he did not respond,” Trooper Zach Steiner wrote in the report.

“I proceeded to slap the passenger window to gain his attention which was also unsuccessful. The driver appeared to be in a stupor and confused.” Hardy had issues placing the car in park, rolling it forward. He then slammed on the brakes and finally put the car in park.”

There is also the belief that Tony Khan firing Jeff Hardy would be the best decision. Things simply do not look good for Jeff Hardy right now, but we will continue to monitor this situation and keep you updated on it.
