Jey Uso Wrestling With Possible Ligament Damage

Jey Uso was not at one hundred percent during The Usos’ Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship defense against The Brawling Brutes at the Crown Jewel premium live event last weekend. Tonight, WWE provided an update on his health.

The Usos put their tag team titles on the line against The New Day (Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston) on SmackDown tonight. Michael Cole noted during the show that Jey had an X-Ray done on him this past Monday and that he was working through a possible ligament damage.

“Jey Uso had an X-ray on Monday, no broken bones, possible ligament damage.”

Wade Barrett chimed in on the toughness of Jey, saying The Usos will wrestle through broken hands and bones. Jey wrestled the match with his arm taped from top to bottom.
