Bad News For Adam Cole’s AEW Return

Adam Cole is regarded as one of the most skilled in-ring stars in the pro wrestling world right now. He left NXT last year and made his way to AEW, which made fans happy. Cole has been absent for a long time and now we have some bad news to share regarding his return.

Cole competed in a fatal four-way match for the IWGP World Heavyweight title at Forbidden Door, despite being injured before the match. The match led to him suffering a concussion as well, and he hasn’t returned to in-ring competition yet.

The accomplished star returned on AEW Dynamite back in August and got a bit physical as well, but he has been absent after that. While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Bryan Alvarez noted that he has heard nothing about Adam Cole as of late.

Adam Cole’s future in AEW is also in doubt. We will have to wait and see what will ultimately become of the former NXT Champion in the future.
