Odyssey Jones Returns From Injury During WWE NXT This Week

Odyssey Jones was picking apart opponents with his tremendous strength until an unfortunate injury derailed his momentum. Tonight, he returned to NXT and linked up with two rising stars.

Odyssey Jones appeared during a backstage segment with Edris Enofe and Malik Blade. The duo had failed to win the NXT Tag Team Championship from Pretty Deadly earlier during the show.

As they were about to leave, a truck with Odyssey Jones in the driver’s seat and a couple of women in the back stopped in front of them. The big man told the duo to cheer up before asking them to join him in the car.

Odyssey Jones was last seen on NXT during an episode from January. He was put out of action by Harland on the instructions of Joe Gacy. In reality, Odyssey Jones had suffered ruptured patellar tendon that needed surgery.

The injury happened during a 205 Live dark match that was taped on January 11, 2022. We’ll have to wait to see what Shawn Michaels has in store for Odyssey Jones now that he’s back.
